Why us

Why contractors work with us

Construction is all we do

We are not a general small-business lender with a construction page. Every partner we work with understands draw schedules, retainage and seasonality.

One application, many partners

You fill out one file. We put it in front of the funding partners most likely to approve your trade and your revenue profile.

Built around slow pay

Getting paid 60 to 90 days after the work is finished is normal in this industry. Our partners underwrite around that instead of penalizing you for it.

English and Spanish

Every step, every specialist, both languages. No translation app, no second-class service.

Deals we closed for contractors

Real amounts, real jobs, in the trades we fund.

Summit Ridge General ContractorsTexas
$425,000USED FOR: Materials, payroll & subcontractors
“We landed two large commercial projects at the same time and needed capital to get moving before our first project payments came in. The $425,000 gave us the ability to purchase materials upfront, cover payroll, and bring on additional subcontractors without slowing either project down.”
Pacific Concrete & SiteworksCalifornia
$275,000USED FOR: Heavy equipment & working capital
“We needed additional equipment to take on larger jobs without draining our operating cash. We secured $275,000 and used the capital toward a new skid steer, equipment upgrades, and working capital for upcoming projects.”
IronPeak Roofing & ConstructionFlorida
$180,000USED FOR: Roofing materials, labor & project mobilization
“A large commercial roofing contract required us to purchase materials and mobilize our crews before receiving payment from the customer. The $180,000 in funding helped us cover those upfront costs and take on the project without putting pressure on our cash flow.”
BlueLine Electrical ContractorsArizona
$350,000USED FOR: Payroll, materials & crew expansion
“Our company was growing quickly, but several commercial customers were paying on longer terms. We used $350,000 in business funding to bridge the gap, keep payroll running, purchase materials, and add another crew so we could continue accepting new projects.”

Funding amounts shown reflect completed transactions for the businesses named, published with their permission. Amounts, terms and approval depend on each business's qualifications — individual results vary.

What we arrange

Six ways to fund the work

One application puts your file in front of partners across all six.

Working capital

A lump sum for materials, payroll or whatever the job needs now.

$25K–$5M

Business line of credit

Draw what you need, pay interest on what you use, draw again.

Revolving

Equipment financing

The equipment itself secures the deal, so rates run lower.

Up to $5M

Asset-based lending

Borrow against equipment, receivables or other assets already on your balance sheet. The collateral is what unlocks the larger amounts.

Up to $5M

Invoice factoring

Advance against invoices already issued instead of waiting on the GC.

Up to 90% of invoice

Payroll funding

Keep crews paid through the gap between draws.

Per cycle

One application. Working capital, lines of credit, equipment, asset-based lending.

The difference

Why not just go to the bank?

Banks are cheaper when they say yes. The problem is how long they take to say it, and what they want first.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How fast can my construction business get funded?

Most files come back with options the same day. Same-day funding is available depending on the product and your file, and contractors commonly go from applying to funds in their account within 24 hours.

Do you fund all construction trades?

Yes. General contractors, home builders, remodelers, roofing, concrete, framing, excavation, drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, masonry and commercial builders all qualify.

What do funding partners look for?

Twelve months or more in business, $20,000 or more in average monthly revenue, and a business bank account with the last three months of statements. Those benchmarks open the most options, but we review every application.

What if my business is newer or smaller than that?

Apply anyway. Time in business and revenue are two factors among several, and our partners look at the whole picture rather than a single cutoff.

Will applying affect my credit score?

No. Exploring your options does not involve a hard credit pull, so seeing what is available costs you nothing on your credit report.

What documents do I need?

Your last three months of business bank statements, basic business information, and a valid government-issued owner ID.

Do you require collateral?

It depends on the structure. Working capital and lines of credit are generally unsecured. Equipment financing and asset-based lending are secured by the asset itself, which is exactly what makes larger amounts and better pricing possible. Your specialist will tell you which structure fits before you commit to anything.

Can I get funding to bridge a slow-paying job?

Yes. Bridging the 60 to 90 day gap between finishing work and getting paid is one of the most common reasons contractors apply.
